In addition to leading a number of BI/MI projects , Governance & Strategic Planning fulfil a coordination and facilitation role in the devolved implementation of the BI/MI Strategy. The team is supporting a BI/MI Programme Coordinator post for 2 years until the end of December 2016. Strategic oversight of programme coordination activity and leadership for a number of the BI/MI Roadmap projects is also being taken forward by one of GaSP's existing Senior Strategic Planners.
